Using the service
Instant Course Builder lets you generate, edit, publish and share training courses. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you publish and for making sure it is appropriate for your audience. Do not use the service to publish unlawful material, or to impersonate another organisation.
Your account
Keep your password confidential and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. You may close your account at any time; published courses become unavailable to learners when you do.
Your content
You keep ownership of the topics you write, the edits you make and the media you upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to store your content, display it to the learners you share it with, and process it through the AI provider your administrator has configured.
AI-generated material
Generated lessons and quiz questions are a starting point, not verified fact. Review generated content before publishing — particularly anything involving regulation, safety or legal obligation.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe for the interval shown at checkout. Plan limits apply to published courses; drafts are always unlimited. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes are announced in the product before they take effect.
