Getting started
How do I create my first course?
Open Create Course, describe your topic in a sentence, and choose Generate Course. In a few minutes you get a full outline, written lessons, a quiz and a certificate ready to edit.
What makes a good topic description?
Be specific about the audience and the outcome. “New real estate agent onboarding — licensing, company culture and lead generation” produces a much better course than “real estate”.
Can I change the number of lessons?
Yes. Open Advanced options on the Create Course screen and pick the lesson and question counts before generating.
Editing courses
How do I reorder lessons?
Drag the handle on the left of any lesson in the Outline tab. The new order saves immediately.
Can I rewrite the generated content?
Every paragraph, bullet list, callout and step list is editable in the Content tab. You can also add or delete blocks.
How do I add my own images?
Upload files in the Media Library, then attach them to a lesson from the Content tab.
Sharing and learners
How do learners take a course?
Publish it, then share the course link. Learners enter their name and email, work through the lessons, and take the quiz.
How do I invite specific people?
Open the Learners tab in a course and use Invite learners. Paste one email per line — names are optional.
How does certificate verification work?
Every completed course issues a unique code. Anyone can check it at /verify to confirm who completed what, and when.
Plans and billing
What does the free plan include?
Unlimited course creation and one published course, with Instant Course Builder branding.
How do I upgrade?
Go to Account → Plan & Billing and choose a plan. If payments are not connected yet, ask your administrator to add Stripe keys in the admin panel.
Can I remove your branding?
Yes, on ICB Pro and above. Turn it off under Branding once you have upgraded.
