What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, company, job title), the course content you create, media you upload, and operational logs such as sign-in times and IP addresses used for security.
Learner data
When someone takes a course you published, we record their name, email, lesson progress and quiz score so you can track completion and issue certificates. That data belongs to you; we process it on your behalf.
AI processing
Course topics and generation settings are sent to the AI provider your administrator has configured (Anthropic or OpenAI) to produce lessons and quiz questions. No learner records are ever sent to an AI provider.
Payments
Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers. We store only the subscription status, plan and invoice metadata Stripe returns.
How we secure data
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Credentials configured by administrators — AI keys, Stripe keys, SMTP and storage secrets — are encrypted at rest and are never returned by the API once saved.
Retention and deletion
Deleting a course removes its lessons, quizzes, learner records and certificates. Closing your account removes your personal data, except records we must keep for tax and accounting purposes.
